Next-Generation Conductive Protection Powered by Graphene Nanotechnology
ARMI® Graphene Epoxy Conductive Coating is a premium two-component, water-based epoxy coating engineered with advanced graphene nanotechnology to deliver exceptional electrical conductivity, corrosion protection, mechanical durability, and long-term chemical resistance.
Supplied as a two-pack system (Part A – Graphene Epoxy Base and Part B – Water-Based Epoxy Hardener), the coating forms a highly cross-linked polymer matrix reinforced with functional graphene, creating a durable conductive network capable of performing in demanding industrial environments.
Designed for high-performance applications, the coating provides excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance, moisture protection, and controlled electrical conductivity while maintaining the environmental advantages of a water-based formulation with low VOC emissions.
Conductive Mechanism
The coating utilizes a graphene percolation network formed within the cured epoxy matrix. During curing, graphene nanoplatelets establish interconnected conductive pathways that facilitate efficient electron transport while simultaneously reinforcing the polymer structure.
This multifunctional graphene network provides:
- Electrical conductivity
- Static charge dissipation
- Enhanced thermal conductivity
- Improved crack resistance
- Reduced permeability to water and oxygen
- Increased mechanical strength
- Superior corrosion protection
The highly cross-linked epoxy matrix securely anchors the graphene network, ensuring stable long-term electrical and mechanical performance.
